Return policy

At Lunoval, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return your order under certain conditions.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Procedure

• We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

4. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part.
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@thevitalsip.com.

6. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned:

• Promotional products (except in cases of proven defects).
• Gift cards.
